    Excellent authentic home-style Japanese food. My wife lived in Japan for 6 years and she loves the range and quality of food they offer here. Service is nice and the people are friendly and committed to their food and jobs. Delicious. Carefully look at the specials before you sit down. Well worth it.

    Incredible food. We ordered a large variety of items and they were all excellent. Great plates and good sushi as well. The chef/owner took some time to say Hi and get to know us and talk with us about the food and his passion behind it. Absolutely one of the top Japanese restaurants in Albuquerque and my new favorite.

    This is my favorite sushi place in ABQ. Very authentic and super delicious. Everything I've ordered here has been made with care and tastes amazing. The atmosphere is very nice as well and the wait staff is very kind and friendly.

    Subpar especially for the price. Hamachi kama was overcooked, expensive, very little meat and the dipping sauce was too sweet. Takoyaki was almost all batter with one or two chunks of chewy octopus per ball, and was missing key ingredients. Donburi rice was overcooked and the egg on top was cooked solid, nothing like the picture. A thoroughly disappointing experience food-wise, although the service was prompt and polite.
